Measure around the widest point of your hips and buttocks.
Start at inner shoulder, come down the front of the torso and go between the legs. Continue up the back to the start of the tape on the shoulder.

The quality is amazing but I have had to do 4 returns as these items are not sized correctly. This is so frustrating as I have had to return these items and reorder. The little one likes the items but they are so small. Who makes the decision on these sizes. My little one is extremely slim and tall and these things look like they were made for dolls
