Measure around the widest point of your hips and buttocks.
Start at inner shoulder, come down the front of the torso and go between the legs. Continue up the back to the start of the tape on the shoulder.

Even long torso one piece suits are too short for me so I always wear 2 pieces. I usually need adjustable straps, but this fixed strap top seems designed for broad shoulders and a tapered long torso. I'm a 34C in a sports bra and medium fits with firm support and no scooping. On the bottoms I measure 36 hip but medium fit better. Great for lap swimming, wavy ocean swimming, or under a wetsuit. It's a bit skimpy but doesn't budge. I prefer the subtle green lavender color, but the gold black got more compliments. I'd buy more in new patterns so please design more!
