Measure around the smallest part of the waist.
Measure around the widest point of your hips and buttocks.
Start at inner shoulder, come down the front of the torso and go between the legs. Continue up the back to the start of the tape on the shoulder.

It fits great but I am concerned about the plastic closure. Usually they are metal but so far so good. Received it quickly and the colors are great.
