Measure around the smallest part of the waist.
Measure around the widest point of your hips and buttocks.
Start at inner shoulder, come down the front of the torso and go between the legs. Continue up the back to the start of the tape on the shoulder.

I bought this for my mom because she used my brothers old parka for fishing charters and fishing trips regularly. She’d been asking for a new parka and I came across this initially unsure how this would fit. My mom is 5’2” and around 170 lbs with broad shoulders. The parka fits great minus the sleeve length but she does have shorter arm length. The quality was great and the fit and comfort level was great too. If she ever loses or damages this parka, at least I have a place to order them.
