Measure around the widest point of your hips and buttocks.
Start at inner shoulder, come down the front of the torso and go between the legs. Continue up the back to the start of the tape on the shoulder.

The Sporti suits are decently priced. While they are not of the same quality of a TYR, Speedo or Arena, they get the job done as long they are taken care of. I ordered two for my daughter and she's happy with the fit
