Measure around the widest point of your hips and buttocks.
Start at inner shoulder, come down the front of the torso and go between the legs. Continue up the back to the start of the tape on the shoulder.

I used this suit for a few years and was happy to know it was still available. The chlorine kills it after a while, even with good care, so I hope you never discontinue this suit. I like the design. The navy/gold is especially attractive to me. I bought two!
