Measure around the fullest part of your chest.
*For women, this measurement is NOT the same as your bra band size.
Hold the end of the tape at your belly button and wrap around your waist to the front.
Measure around the widest point of your hips and buttocks.
Start at inner shoulder, come down the front of the torso and go between the legs. Continue up the back to the start of the tape on the shoulder.

These neoprene socks are a bit big, floppy when worn alone (I wear 9.5 women's and this is a M size). However, I was directed to these when the Finis zoomer fins I ordered were giving me blisters (size F fins, I had tried the smaller size and found them too tight) . Wearing these neoprenes have solved my problem with the fins when training. The socks will be useful for other water sports too.
