It holds all of my "toys" forswim-exercising. I carry it over one sholulder since that is easier than using it as a complete backpack. It is not too heavy, and it's nice looking.

Perfect size for swim caps, goggles, suits, and a change of clothes. Lots of extra pockets for wet stuff, phone, keys, and a nice separate bag for toiletries. Happy to replace my Sporti bag after 10+ years! This backpack is light and easy to carry. Appears, so far, to be well made and sturdy.
