Start at inner shoulder, come down the front of the torso and go between the legs. Continue up the back to the start of the tape on the shoulder.

Like all the hydrolast jammers which is the only brand I buy, the fit is true to size. Very comfortable to wear when doing laps and doing flip turns. Also when I stretch before and after the swim which is usually a half hour plus. I've been buying these for over ten years and occasionally try another brand but they don't last. I usually buy 2 every other year so I get a lot of mileage out of them. Glad they added some cool color prints. I got the red and green.
