Measure around the smallest part of the waist.
Measure around the widest point of your hips and buttocks.
Start at inner shoulder, come down the front of the torso and go between the legs. Continue up the back to the start of the tape on the shoulder.

I ordered the only size they had, large, while most large will fit me these will not. I have a permanent pregnant tummy due to diastisis recti so i thought they'd fit. I like them but can't wear them to guard in. They'll fall right off. Hopefully they'll get in mediums. When they do I'll buy them.
