      These are short fins that help increase leg strength, ankle flexibility, and pace. My shoe size is 43 European or women’s11 1/2 United States. The M 9-10 / W 10-11 (BlackBlue) fin size worked well for me.

      These training fins are easier to use and at 80 years of age, that's important. The water is my element for physical maintenance.
