Measure around the widest point of your hips and buttocks.
Start at inner shoulder, come down the front of the torso and go between the legs. Continue up the back to the start of the tape on the shoulder.

This is perfect for early morning swims and cooler weather. Fleece lining is warm and cozy. The hood can be cinched tight which is a nice feature. The zipper is smooth and quality of construction is very good. Love the pockets too. Length is perfect. As it is a unisex parka, it may run a bit large for women.
