Measure around the fullest part of your chest.
*For women, this measurement is NOT the same as your bra band size.
Hold the end of the tape at your belly button and wrap around your waist to the front.
Measure around the widest point of your hips and buttocks.
Start at inner shoulder, come down the front of the torso and go between the legs. Continue up the back to the start of the tape on the shoulder.

These are decent jammers in a fun print. The drawstring is annoyingly short though. Also they're just a tad tight (though to be fair I'm in between sizes and got the smaller size).

These look great in person. I got them for my son, who is 6’2” and about 160 lbs. we got the 32 and the fit well except the bottom seam on the legs looks tight. He says he thinks they’ll stretch and it’s fine.
