Measure around the smallest part of the waist.
Measure around the widest point of your hips and buttocks.
Start at inner shoulder, come down the front of the torso and go between the legs. Continue up the back to the start of the tape on the shoulder.

What can I say? I just turned 69, and no one wants to see me in anything that resembles a modern swimsuit. Enter the modest swimsuit, not just for swimming, but kayaking and standing on your head on your birthday, or at anytime. I get endless compliments from young and old. My active, beautiful and VERY fit daughter wants one. I'm 5'2", ~140 lbs, and the medium fits well. If you have large hips, you may have trouble getting the suit up and over because the top is a little tight to slip over the hips.
