Speedo Push Plate

Hi, I though it would be larger. Not enough resistance to be used with both hands. Maybe Speedo could possibly consider making different sizes. The current model could be the small size So I purchased a second one. I am using them one for each hand. I am trying to work them as one unit for two of the illustrated exercises The one unit idea works for the ab twist. You can interlock the handles for that exercise. The push pull exercise could work with the two combined as one if the handles were modified .

I like the push plate, I feel that my pool experience is more benificial to me. I have worked up a good sweat while using it. I also like it better than the water barbells.

Would like to see an entire video of a work with this. I know the three exercise video they have now, but want to see a complete workout.
