Yesterday was the first time that I ever used the Speedo Aqua Fitness Dumbbell. At first, I was taken back by the weight and resistance of the Dumbbell in the water. As I continued to use it, I realized that in the long term, I was getting a much better work-out compared to the weights that were being provided by the instructor.

I don’t like that they fill up with water. It throws the degree of resistance off. Draining them is an added chore I didn’t anticipate. Nor does the literature mention it. The handle grips get screwed up in the process.
