    Penbrooke skort

    With my initial order, the item wasn’t even a skort or a Penbrooke label. The label on the plastic bag was correct.My reviews were never answered on line. After searching for a phone number, I finally was able to talk to a person who sent out the correct order.I did return the item based on the instructions she sent but I had to pay $6.50 for the shipping which I am very upset with. I am hoping when I get my credit statement that the amount will be refunded.Thank you for your time.Janelle higdem
