This is a good looking suit. I wore it for my first Olympic distance triathlon. The ventilation is good - I hardly noticed I was soaking with sweat at the end of the race until I touched the suit. My only grief was that the zipper chafed my chest at the top where the suit zips up - even with Glide applied before hand in that spot. The chafing was less of an issue when I unzipped the top partially.
I ordered a M. I am 6'0 and 160 lbs.
