      In - vesting in a future swimmer

      grandson [6 yr old] needed the bouncy, without bulk, to start feeling comfortable in the water. the removable 'foam bricks' allow great movement while practicing swim strokes. The design is perfect for his slim body.

      Well made and safe--but runs SMALL

      The life vest was well made, and I really liked the flexibility of the neoprene jacket (so much more than the nylon life vests). The polka-dots were so cute, but the jacket runs very small. I ordered a 6-7 for my 4 year old, and we couldn't even zip it on her (not even close). I returned it (customer service was fine). I think this would work very well, but I would advise anyone to size UP UP UP!
