      Perfect Fins...

      I bought these fins to help me achieve my goal of swimming 2 miles under 1 hour, and I've been able to complete laps in 1/2 the time with these fins. I combine these with swim paddles and am able to improve strength will decreasing pool time. I feel like I get a better workout in the same amount of time. My skin starts to prune in about 1 hour, and I enjoy swimming for this amount of time. I normally wear size 10 shoes, but purchased the 10.5-11.5 size and they fit well.

      First training - Done

      These smaller flipper were great, just enough resistance to add some speed/momentum to some freestyle laps. These were also easier to do flip turns than a previous set of flippers AND they stayed on my feet. I’m looking forward to many many more yards = miles.
