These are great exercise fins. For years I've had problems with just regular fins with feet cramps. No issue with these fins.

I wish I could love these because the rubber material is soft and would not cause blisters. BUT, the size was not right. I wear a size 8.5 or 9 shoe and ordered the fins in size E (8.5-9.5). The length was OK and the width of the shoe was OK but the heel was so wide that my foot flopped around. I compared the heel to other fins at the pool where I swim and they were noticeably wider. I returned the fins.
