Makes it easy to work on stoke without needing to worry about breathing. It sits pretty comfortably on your forehead, especially if you make sure your swim cap is between it and your forehead. I got this to work on my freestyle stroke mostly, but I tried it while trying to work on my butterfly as well - it worked so-so for that....it got a bit of water in it, but I also look like I'm drowning when I'm doing butterfly, so maybe that's a factor.

I've had this snorkel before and it works fine—until the button for holding the straps on fails. But for my new one, it was VERY hard to adjust the straps so they fit. The button has to be pushed down so hard that my thumb hurt, and you have to wiggle the strap side-to-side to loosen it—something it took a lot of trial and error to do.
