    Well designed - very effective

    It has nice dents and ridges in just the right places for alignment. The band feels sturdy and it's useful for side drills. I like it a lot and I am glad I got it.

    It's light and easy to stash in the back on my backpack too.

    Keeps you horizontal

    This mini-kickboard is a great idea. It is small so that it sinks about 6 inches below the surface, thus it allows you to keep your body horizontal while kicking. You need to work a little harder to get your head up for breath, but that does not seem to be a big deal.

    Great board for improving hand

    Great board for improving hand alinement. I little larger than I expected. Design is perfect for drills using hand positions and kick drills
