I teach deep water run with the tethers attached to their belt and a hook on the side of the pool. Buying more tethers allows more people to participate!

The product works great. The only negative is the product is all black and not white and black. But that was okay because it did exactly what I needed it to do in the pool.

It felt so odd running in place in the pool I was laughing too hard to exercise properly for the first few minutes but this is a very useful little thing. We don't have any hooks or rails eat the edge of our pool so I simply removed the skimmer basket, propped a piece of plastic pipe in the hole and put one end of the hitch through the skimmer drain, looped it around the pole and attached it to itself. This way the elastic wasn't rubbing at all on the flagstone at the edge of the pool.

I debated buying it and I am so glad I decided to go ahead. I love being held stationary in the water because it provides better resistance and total freedom to just work out. Pool running might look ridiculous but if you're looking for a great injury-free pool workout, get the belt, the tether, and some weights.
