No, they are pretty different shades of blue. The Aqua is very bright and vibrant whereas the Multi Blue for the Camo collection is more of a deeper, royal blue.

SPF only applies to sunscreen and similar items as it tells you how much time it takes the skin to become burned (i.e. an spf of 50 will provide 50 times better protection than nothing at all). UPF measures the amount of UV radiation that penetrates a fabric and reaches the skin and applies only to clothing. So you won't see clothing with an SPF factor.
