01/14/2019 Hi. There is short blade fins like this, and there is long blade fins. I am an intermediate swimmer who swims once or twice a week, and I am thinking about using fins to strengthen my legs. Which type of fins are more suitable for this: short blade or long blade? Edit

We would recommend a shorter blade for more a challenge. The training fin will be a great option!

Hi! I would recommend you get the Sporti Floating Swim Fins but again they are not small, floating fins are designed long for it to float.

08/25/2018 I am after a fin for toning my legs in the pool I don't know if the Sporting Floating Swimmers (the longer fin) or the Sporti Training Swim Fin?? Edit

The length of the fin blade has a big impact on how it will affect a workout. The longer the blade, the more resistance there will be in the water. That means that the legs have to work harder, but that the swimmer will also kick at a slower rate.

The blade design with closed-ankle and the Sporti Training Swim Fins is not latex free. If you have a latex allergy, we recommend buying fins made of silicone.

05/25/2018 I am wearing a size 9-11 fin. My shoe size is 10 1/2. My toes rub on the end off the shoe box at the base of my big toenail. Should I go up a size? Edit

Hi! If you have women's shoe size 9.5, please get size M 7-9, W 9-11 (Grey/Blue). If you have men's soe size 9.5, please get size M 9-11, W 11-13 (Black/Blue).
