KEY FIT TIPS:

For sizes 20, 18, and 16, reduce the "Torso" measurement by 1.5 inches each size down.

The first time you put on a new Elite suit it will take time, please be patient. If you rush, you risk damaging the suit and expending too much energy before a race.

Flip the silicone edge of the leg opening outward to allow the suit to slide on without sticking to your skin.

Do no pull on or near the seams.

Use extreme caution with fingernails, they can damage the fabric.

Make sure the suit sits just above your knees and is snug.

The suit will fit snug, but should not be too tight and constrict mobility.
