7/21/2017 Five stars for how well it works, minus two stars for questionable materials

I find the ball quite helpful for ameliorating myofascial issues. It's easy to use. I haven't noticed the plug while using the ball—it's small, level with the surface, and very smooth. After a few uses, I have to reinflate the ball a little, which is extremely easy to do with the little inflation tube provided with the ball. Five stars for usability and effectiveness.

I am somewhat disturbed, though, by the insert that warns that the phthalates in the ball might damage some kinds of flooring if the ball is left in one place over time. If the phthalates can leach out onto flooring, are they leaching into _me_? Some phthalates have been shown to cause health problems, and many others haven't been tested. Yes, I'm aware that we're all surrounded by phthalate-filled plastics, but I don't use most of them on bare skin, and then roll and twist under the pressure of half my weight.

Great size perfect for at home barre classes, only negative not easy to inflate. You must inflate with a “straw” like device you are given and pull that out while quickly inserting the plug back in. Took a few tries but got the hang ot if and it inflated fine. That’s the only negative

I want to love this exercise ball, but it's nearly impossible to fully inflate! Ive only used it a couple of times but everytime I have, I can't seem to get it to stay inflated when I'm airing it up. The air escapes before I can get the pin back in the side. Hopefully I can figure it out because it seems to be of very good quality and use otherwise!

This ball is great for all sorts of exercises. For me, I love using it for back support during core workouts.
