Really warm, fits greatHe’s the best booties I found after years of trying many different brands. Even though they are 7 mm thick, they are very comfortable and flexible. I highly recommend them for cold water

I have used these for years, perfect for Northern California year round water temperatures (50-56 degrees). They are comfortable and warm, easy enough to get on and off, size appropriate, but start to wear through the bottoms if you walk in them much, especially on rough surfaces.
