    soooo nice to have a whole book of workouts to use pool-side.
    nice product!  great page layout - ez to read poolside.
    it's divieded into types of workouts (speed, form, endurance).
    i'm sure it will get me thru  several  years worth of training, regardless of my starting point/ability.
    one of my best investments.

    I love this book so much that when I left it at the pool, I assume, I just had to buy another.  Follow it the way it says to or just pick workouts, either way it is great not having to think of your own swim workouts!  And its waterproof!

    I say 5 but I have yet to really tap into the full extent of this book. Workouts are great to have poolside. As a result of having them, I've forced myself to do 2500 yard workouts which I wasn't doing before. I look forward to using this book as coach and motivator for swim training for tris.
