The average age of our water aerobics group is about 65. This workout would not give us the cardio workout we are accustomed to. Also, a brief clip online showing some of the workout would be helpful before ordering. Even though returning the item was easy, I had to pay shipping and handling.

I couldnt quite understand instructions.... but i am sure once i view DVDall will be understood

The workout might have been good, however the quality of the DVD was so bad, it was very hard to understand the exercises. Had to return product.

We didn't like the times between the different strokes...not sure what was intended for us to do. Do we move to the left, or is the step to the left. Most of the moves left us wondering what we were doing!
