If you’️ve never worn a closed back and want to try one, this is a great option, especially if you have that small gap in your back with the regular ones where water sneaks through. I sized up because I wanted to feel more comfortable, but this suit is true to your practice suit size. It appears it’️s one size smaller, but for a big competition I’️d order one size down or your practice suit size. The straps were super comfortable and did not dig in like some other suits. I personally have liked Arena best for breaststroke, but I’️d definitely buy this again after how it felt while racing! Good luck!
