The polarized lenses are fantastic for open water swimming. The googles are the most comfortable I have ever worn. These are great for outdoor swims and triathlons, not indoor racing. They would most likely no stay on from a block start into the water.

I have used these a couple times now for lake swimming. Visibility is good and the goggles are comfortable on my eye sockets. They have a larger profile so I would not recommend for a race scenario.
