  • 7/2/2015 Leaking badly, and, right away.

    1 Review stars By Mark

The fit was fairly good on these, so I had high hopes. Unfortunately, the entire purpose of these is to keep water out of your ears during water sports. On this point, they failed miserably, as well as the others I tried. Luckily, they weren't that expensive, otherwise I'd have been more upset. These were not the only ones to fail on me, so the search continues. Any real-world experience with plugs that actually keep water out would be greatly appreciated.

  • 5/3/2011 Finicky Ear Plugs

    1 Review stars By trisailor

The idea sounded great "Ear Plugs That Allow You To Still Hear." They don't stay in though. Everyone that I've spoken to that also uses them has all reported water leaking. This is not good if you can't have water in your ears. While wearing you are truly able to hear just fine, but that is because they do not create a seal. There should be a disclaimer that they are highly dependent on personal ear shape.

Ears are particular and individual. Mine hate water. These did not fit and did not keep the water out. Worth a shot for a few bucks, but I'll stick with the silicone ones that mold.
