I wear size 32 waist and usually medium in everything so I ignored the size chart and got medium. Glad I did because they are snug and the smalls would have been very tight. These are great on the bike. I believe they will work well for swimming and running as well.

I really like these TYR Tri Shorts. I had a pair last year and was looking to replace them. These have a good fit, are a nice length, and have a simple, no pattern design, which I prefer. They are a little thinner than I thought they might be which helps them feel a little lights but I’m not sure how durable they will be. I got two since they were on sale. Looking forward to using them this year!

Use for all 3 disciplines separately plus gym. Pool use only as a result of forgetting jammers but they stand up well. Tyr stuff solid and durable.
