The size chart is perfect. I tried to put them on from the package and they were tight. But in the pool, they were great. They slipped easily with the pool strap. I use them to help strengthen my legs and improve my kicking style. I recommend these to others who are working on improving their kick.

The are true to size and fit well. I like the extra loops on the heel to help pull them on easier. Swimming with them is super fun! They’re just rigid enough.
