TYR Durafast Splice Square Leg Reviews

12/19/2012 True to size but poor cut.

The fit seems a little odd for a square leg. The leg only goes to just under the butt cheek in the back but extends down slightly further on the front of the leg.This didn't seem like much when trying the suit on dry but swimming seems to further this effect. This "extra" length in the front rolls and wrinkles especially at the leg but also other places on the front of the suit. As a matter of fact the suit just seemed tight across the back and looser in the front. Pretty worthless for any use but especially for serious swimmers. The fit at the waist was fine. I have a 34" waist, athletic build, and bought a 34. I would not recommend this suit.

beautiful suit but leg openings way too big if you have thin legs. I even downsized the waist, didnt help

Beautiful suit, but if you're a guy with thin legs i would not recommend it! fits great in the waist and hips but leg openings way to big! I even tried going down a size to compensate but then waist too tight! Speedo is the brand for men with thin things not TYR.
