Comfortable and non-fading. Looks as good as the day I got them months ago.

  • 12/17/2012 Well, Uhm...

    4 Review Stars By CubbY!

It's a drag suit, and it feels a little large.  I'm sure, it will work fine, for someone with a bit more buttocks.  It feels big!  I was going to return it, but opted to give it a try.

  • 7/15/2012 TOO BAGGIE

    2 Review Stars By JooSee

Just like the previous review says, the legs on these are too tight for the size.  Waist, it's a 34 but look like a 36.  It's behind (butt, seat area) is WAY TOO BAGGIE!!! It would fit a size 40! Nah, it's not worth it.  I am a big fan of TYR, but these shorts are not their best.

  • 11/29/2012 fits ok legs are small

4 Review Stars By Matt C.

These are loose all over waist too. But the leg openings are small and very tight. I do a lot of leg work maybe if u have large legs step up a size and tie them tighter at the waist.

  • 9/14/2012 Very Odd

1 Review Stars By Big Nosh

I am a Bikram Yoga Instuctor, I teach yoga in the heat, most teachers who do this kind of work wear swim suits not yoga clothes b/c they feel better and are made to soaked and wet for hous at a time, regular yoga clothes get destroyed after so many times wearing the item in the heat. The swim suit is very tight on my legs and but,, but very large in the front, way too much spcace, I hate them!

  • 11/20/2012 Not comfortable

    1 Review Stars By Brian

I was going to use this suit at the pool as something different, but it is so uncomfortable.  There is no stretch to the fabric and the legs are very tight.  I would not recommend this to anyone.

  • 11/2/2012 Nice looking suit

4 Review Stars By Speedy Gonzalez

I went a size up to be safe (32 to 34) and it was way too big in the waist. Suit looks great though. I may try a size down to see if that fixes the problem.

  • 5/10/2009 too big, no stretch - stiff

    2 Review Stars By jag

i read most of these run small, so I ordered up for a pair of 38s.  The ones I received said 38, but measured 39" unstretched.  Way too big & unwearable.  They do not have elastic, so that does not help.
I found the styling odd.  Like a fitted mesh pair of running shorts, with a brief inside.

ABOUT THIS BRAND

TYR

Founded in Southern California in 1985, TYR™ has since developed a reputation for high-quality products and equipment. TYR competition swimwear and triathlon gear have been a dominant force in their respective industries. The company is also known for its TYR goggles, swim apparel, triathlon wetsuits and a wide variety of swimming equipment.

TYR was the first company to introduce a pair of goggles designed to fit a woman's face (the TYR T-72). TYR was also responsible for the famous red bathing suits featured on the hit television series "Baywatch." TYR consults with current and former athletes when developing its products. Swimmers know that TYR is a leader in swimsuits, warm-up suits, and swim training equipment. The TYR Tracer Series is one of the most advanced technical suit lines on the market. The TYR Hurricane wetsuits and the TYR Torque collections include top-of-the-line suits for the competitive swimmer.

TYR has also moved into competitive running equipment. From running shirts to shorts, its apparel is designed with the runner in mind. Built with moisture wicking fabric and antimicrobial material, TYR running apparel is designed to give the athlete the most comfortable, dry clothing on the market.

The name "TYR" is derived from the Norse god of warriors, who is said to have embodied victory and glory. Much the same can be said about the athletes who started TYR. Executive Vice President, Steve Furniss, was an Olympian who competed in the 1972 and 1976 Summer Games, and captained the 76th U.S. Olympic Swim Team.
