  • 8/14/2017 My Eye doctor recommended this site to me. I am so thankful.

    5 Review Stars By Nancy

These goggles have helped to add confidence to my swimming.
I am in my 60's and just learned to swim last year.
Up until a month ago, I have been swimming rather blind.
I could see blurry objects and figure out what I was looking at.
    These goggles have helped considerably.
I went to my eye doctor for my yearly check up and asked for my perscription so that I could  try to find a place to get perscription sunglasses and he directed me to this site with the closet perscription for me.
I am very thankful and plan to send a Thank you card to my eye doctor.

  • 8/7/2017 Good nose piece style

    4 Review Stars By swimgirl

I bought these as an extra pair because I bought the same thing in the winter and I'm always afraid when I find something I like that it will be discontinued.  I'm still using the pair from the winter. They fit comfortably and this is the best type of nose bridge for me. Probably should have bought some anti-fogger too.
Just order 1 size lower in rx as water magnifies as well.

Just what he needed. He uses in swimming pool. He used to be scuba diver but had a stroke at early age. He can still swim but was very weary  before because he couldn't see well, these goggles work great for him. Thank you

  • 2/6/2017 seeing while swimming

    4 Review Stars By reglapswim

I have bought several pairs of optical goggles for lap swimming, and these seem to fit well. I like this nose bridge must better than the hard version available in many styles. I've only worn them a few times,  but 1 day, I felt dizziness, not sure if there is some distortion that might cause that. Otherwise, they are fine. Since water also magnifies, remember to order down a level.

  • 5/21/2016 Blurry / weird optical properties in otherwise comfortable goggle.

    1 Review Stars By Margaret

I've been searching for a comfortable optical goggle for longer open water swims.  I like the Speedo and Sporti models for pool work, but they aren't comfortable for longer swims.  I had hoped for an optical goggle that fit similar to TYR Special Ops or Aquasphere Kaiman women's versions.  The TYR Swimple line is a nice basic goggle with comfortable gaskets and the plain version fits me fine.  Unfortunately there is something wrong with the optical lens.  Everything was blurry and wavy.  It seemed like I was actually looking through the curved sides rather than the lens.  It was actually worse than a non-optical goggle.  Note that the racing style TYR optical goggle is a very good goggle so long as you don't have a small face.

  • 11/18/2015 I can see!

    4 Review Stars By DB

I ordered -3.0 goggles which is somewhat close but not exact to my regular eyeglass rx.  It was wonderful to swim and see the faces of people at the other end of the pool. I can read signs and best of all I can see the clock and no longer have to wear my watch. Initially I was excited 100% about the goggles until I dived in the pool and water got in. Even after adjusting and double checking to make sure I had a good suction water still got in. The other slight problem is that the goggles fog up. I'm glad I ordered some antifog which alleviated that problem.
