This is the second StrechCordz with handles I have purchased - the first lasted a good ten years - not that I used it all the time, but I did use it for the 'off-season" period every year. I think this is a really useful exercise tool and can work for any number of sports - easy to use, easy to pack, and as challenging as you want to make it.

We use these at the Track for a Conditioning class. The gals just love them! Easy to hook to the fence, work out and then store back in their bag. SwimOutlet shipped these right out in time for the first class. Yea!

This was recommended by a swimming coach. I was skeptical at first but it does work. Use it when you can't get into the pool and you'll build just the right muscles for swimming. I am a typical male and the red handled version was just about the right amount for a workout.

Great for dryland exercises. The blues offer a lot of resistence. I prefer the reds for all around use.

I swim laps and this product helps improve strength in my swimming stroke.. I have used this stretch cord for years and will continue to use it. It's very versitle and light can be taken with me on trips.
