Measure around the smallest part of the waist.
Measure around the widest point of your hips and buttocks.
Start at inner shoulder, come down the front of the torso and go between the legs. Continue up the back to the start of the tape on the shoulder.

I have worn this brand fo several ryears and like the patterns. I usually wear a size 32 undergarment but a 31 would be ideal for me. Here's a gift for months before the coloring fades but I've worn them for 6 months before they overstretch. Good price and would definitely recommend them.

Ordered this on Friday (9/14) before the 6:00 cutoff. Received in mail on MONDAY (9/17). I honestly wasn't expecting this until the end of the week, although I am in Michigan, and it ships from Ohio. The fit is snug, not tight and not loose; just right. Looking forward to getting in the water soon with this. I am a 38 waist and ordered 38 so sizing is right on.
