Measure around the widest point of your hips and buttocks.
Start at inner shoulder, come down the front of the torso and go between the legs. Continue up the back to the start of the tape on the shoulder.

If you’re a swimmer, this is it for you! Its slim fit covers your body like a glove and you can go as fast as you would without a rash guard. The fabric is high quality and stretchy. Despite the chlorine and sun, the fabric remains firm and the color doesn’t fade out. It is excellent all around. Some reviewers complain that it is too small. I am 5’7” weigh 130 lbs and it fits me perfectly. I actually bought two of each color because I swim 4-6 miles a week in the sun and don’t want to run out of this perfect rashguard!

I was looking to replace an O’Neill rash guard. They change their fabrics, and they got too loose and stretchy. So I decided to try this Sporti rash guard and I’m so glad I did. it runs a bit small normally I wear a small but I sized up to a medium and it’s perfect nice long in the body long in the arms and perfect for distance lap swimming. If they have short sleeve ones, I’ll buy one of those too. Super happy with Sporti!
