Start at inner shoulder, come down the front of the torso and go between the legs. Continue up the back to the start of the tape on the shoulder.

I've never used Sporti products as a swimmer, but needed a couple swim caps and loved the design. They're thick, durable, and so far, have stayed in place better than my Nike silicone cap. We'll see how they hold up over time!
