Measure around the smallest part of the waist.
Measure around the widest point of your hips and buttocks.
Start at inner shoulder, come down the front of the torso and go between the legs. Continue up the back to the start of the tape on the shoulder.

I am just new to lap swimming. Normally use swim trunks at public pool or swim naked. Though needed more mobility in a public pool so bought some jammers. Great suit with the logo, only wished they offered in the polyster blend for longevity, and had to return for at least the next larger size up.
