4/21/2011 Fins fit with carving

Too cramped at the toes , enough so to produce a blister on the outer sides of both feet. With a little careful carving of the rubber was successful in creating a fit without blisters.

1/9/2020 Too rigid

I have found these fins to be to rigid in design and as a result the flow of water is directed more in an up and down motion rather than backwards. This puts unnecessary torque on ankle and especially the Achilles’ tendon. Because of rigidity and lack of flexibility the fit of these fins is not good. My hope is that after a few 100kms these fins loosen up:-[CLOSEBRK]

3/12/2019 Uncomfortable

I ordered the men's 11-13 because I wear 11.5 - 12 shoes. The basic fit was fine but the fins are quite stiff (my previous pair were TYR Burners) for swim training I would say. I think they''d be good for snorkelling or scuba diving where you don't want to kick so fast. My main problem was that the side stiffeners for the blade rubbed the side of my feet and I knew within 100 yards that I couldn't keep wearing them so I had to return.

I've only used them once so far. They slip off my feet. I intended to use them to help correct my kick. They require socks to fit properly.

Not sure about these fins.... they float and feels like my feet are flying out of the water. Maybe I just need to get used to them??
