Measure around the widest point of your hips and buttocks.
Start at inner shoulder, come down the front of the torso and go between the legs. Continue up the back to the start of the tape on the shoulder.

Lost its shape very quickly. Now its saggy. I've had it for 7 months with moderate wear. My other chlorine resistance suits have lasted years but not this one. Material is too light. I do put it in the spinner at the YMCA to get the water out but I do that with my other suits as well. Attractive price, low quality. Would not recommend.

Great for lap swimming. Fits so comfortably. Very easy care-- dries quickly overnight. It is light weight. Love the twist top -- very flattering. Like it so much I purchased 3. Only one criticism -- the sides of the suit chafe my arms slightly during freestyle swimming because the material is textured and a little rough.
