Measure around the widest point of your hips and buttocks.
Start at inner shoulder, come down the front of the torso and go between the legs. Continue up the back to the start of the tape on the shoulder.

This suit is completely lined and sturdy fabric that stays in place. I am 5-8 and 165 pounds. I have a long waist line so it’s just a bit snug in length but I will still wear it. I didn’t realize there are longer suits till after I purchased. I would order that next time. I have 34 B chest and it fits well up top. Bigger or smaller chested women would be fine in this suit. If you measure between two sizes I would go up in size. I did this and I’m glad I did. Don’t wait till the last minute to order. Shipping took 12 days. I ended up buying a suit locally while I waited. I signed up for the text messages that send updates regarding status. The only text I received was when it was delivered. Maybe a truck broke down. Not sure.
