Measure around the smallest part of the waist.
Measure around the widest point of your hips and buttocks.
Start at inner shoulder, come down the front of the torso and go between the legs. Continue up the back to the start of the tape on the shoulder.

The straps get twisted after washing, which make the straps uncomfortable. It also fits loose enough on the bottom of the chest that it would push up if jumping in a pool or going down a water slide.

The flimsy material across the chest is too stretchy for swimming, diving through ocean waves, or surfing. The top layer doesn’t stay in line with inner lining. I have to work wrinkles flat. Disappointing for me. Ok for someone just lying poolside and tanning.
