Measure around the smallest part of the waist.
Measure around the widest point of your hips and buttocks.
Start at inner shoulder, come down the front of the torso and go between the legs. Continue up the back to the start of the tape on the shoulder.

I should have ordered one size up. I use it for water aerobics and swimming laps; however, it is a little snug, not quite enough room from my waist up. Straps cannot be adjusted for ease. Otherwise, it is great for water aerobics!

I purchased based on my measurements and nope . It's too small. Regrettably I am keeping it in dire hope that by the end of summer, I will be able to fit in it. Goals. Fabric seems like good quality and I think the seems will hold up.
