Measure around the widest point of your hips and buttocks.
Start at inner shoulder, come down the front of the torso and go between the legs. Continue up the back to the start of the tape on the shoulder.

I bought this for my youngest son. This is the fourth Sporti jammer I bought, three for two of my sons and one for me. The material is durable and 99% of swimmers won’t notice any significant time changes, sorry but most people just aren’t at a competitive enough level to notice. Save yourself some money and have the kids work on improving their dives, turns off the wall, and maximize stroke pulls and kicks. You will see more improvement on times than spending big bucks on a swimsuit.
